Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female bodybuilder professional during the later part of the year. In 1984, Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition began in 2008, but she began competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015 she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. The 4th position was her top finish. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding for medical reasons.
